Kim Kardashian Bares All for W Magazine

Kim Kardashian is baring it all on for W Magazine's annual Art Issue coming out this month. Ok so this may not be such a surprise since this isn't the first time she's posed nude -- remember her Playboy shoot which she later admitted she regretted? At least this time it's being considered "art" and has strategically placed text boxes over her goodies.

At least Kim has the courage to bare all and openly admit she's struggled with her now-famous curves. She told the magazine that she used to think: "I have to be this or that or skinny, and now, because of the show, everyone is embracing just me, which has given me such a confidence. Now, I'm like, 'Why did I ever give that feeling the time of day?'"

That's right, Kim -- own those curves!

Former Indonesia Playboy Editor Gains Ally in Former Judge

Jakarta and Mataram. Former Supreme Court Chief Justice Bagir Manan has agreed to testify for Erwin Arnada, the former editor of Playboy Indonesia who on Tuesday officially filed for a review of his indecency conviction.

Todung Mulya Lubis, who represents Erwin, said Bagir, who currently chairs the Press Council, would testify that the former editor should have been tried under the Press Law instead of the Criminal Code.

“During his tenure [as chief justice], many court cases involving the media were tried under the Press Law. He has confirmed his willingness to testify,” Todung said on Tuesday

Erwin began serving a two-year jail term on Saturday, based on a Supreme Court decision that overturned his 2007 acquittal by the South Jakarta District Court.

The lower court said the magazine, which contained no nudity, had met all regulations on media publications and had been sold in sealed plastic covers, as required for adult magazines.

Todung said the case review was requested because of a “fundamental error” by the Supreme Court judges, who based their decision on Article 282 of the Criminal Code.

“For me, what matters most is not the two-year prison sentence or the existence of Playboy [in Indonesia], but the future of press freedom,” he said.

“This could be endangered because of censorship, with people afraid of covering news stories.”

Todung said that during the case review he would present a witness from Playboy Publishing Group, which publishes the magazine in the United States and internationally, to discuss how the Indonesian version was far milder than in other countries.

Separately, Agus Sudibyo, a Press Council member, said President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono had agreed to meet media representatives to discuss press freedom issues, including what is seen a growing violence against journalists.

“We received an informal confirmation from the palace on Tuesday morning but there is no definite date yet,” Agus said.

He added that the Press Council had sent the president a letter requesting that Erwin’s sentence be suspended.

“We fully support Erwin’s request for a case review, and this is not just advocacy for Erwin, but for the values of press freedom in general,” he said.

In Mataram, West Nusa Tengarra, Bagir said he was surprised by criticism of the Press Council over Erwin’s case, with some accusing it of protecting those involved in the dissemination of pornographic material.

“We were even labeled the Pornographic Council. But this is not about pornography, but about upholding the law. The Press Law has been neglected in this case,” he said.

“It is my hope that editorial boards across Indonesia issue a statement of solidarity with Erwin, and protest all acts that are against the Press Law.”

Playboy Pics & Photos Are Hot:Jenn Sterger

Jenn Sterger Playboy Pics as Minka Kelly Named Sexiest Woman Alive? Jenn Sterger’s Playboy pics are so hot that four years later they’re STILL the talk of the NFL. Granted the nude photos that Sterger allegedly received from Minnesota Vikings QB Brett Favre (who was the Jets QB at the time) brought back the allure of the photos but that doesn’t stop the hype.

However, Minka Kelly was recently named the “Sexiest Woman Alive” much to the confusion of Sterger fans everywhere. In addition, Kim Kardashian fans who are drooling over her recent W photo shoot seem confused about why Minka Kelly is the sexiest woman alive.

Link to Jenn Sterger Playboy pics here

On the other hand does it really matter who is named what? There are TONS of beautiful women out there who are fantastic. Jenn Sterger didn’t really have a large presence until Deadspin.com posted her alleged Brett Favre photos and voicemails.

Personally, Jenn Sterger is one of the sexiest women alive, as is Minka Kelly. To choose one over the other is extremely difficult. Hopefully the hype over the Jenn Sterger Playboy pics will bring out a desire on the part of the gentleman’s review for another photo spread in a more recent Playboy magazine.

Baywatch

Baywatch,
is an American television series about the Los Angeles County Lifeguards who patrol the beaches of Los Angeles County, California starring David Hasselhoff. The show ran from 1989 to 1999 (and 1999-2001 as Baywatch Hawaii). According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Baywatch is the most watched TV show in the world of all time, with over 1.1 billion viewers a week.
Baywatch premiered on NBC in 1989, but was cancelled after only one season due to low ratings and also because the studio, GTG, went out of business. Feeling the series still had potential, David Hasselhoff, creators and Executive Producers Michael Berk, Douglas Schwartz and Greg Bonann revived it for the first-run syndication market in 1991. Hasselhoff was given the title of Executive Producer for his work on bringing the show back. The series was hugely successful, especially internationally. The show led to a spin-off: Baywatch Nights, and a reunion movie, Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.
In 1999, with production costs rising in Los Angeles, and the syndication market shrinking, the plan was to move the show to Australia and launch Baywatch Down Under. A pilot was filmed but the series was stopped when residents of Avalon put forth strong objections, including potential damage to a fragile ecosystem. Avalon council permanently barred all future filming. The pilot finally aired as a two-part episode of Baywatch.
Hawaii offered the producers large financial incentives to move the show to the islands and in Season 10 Baywatch Hawaii was launched.

Plot

The show starred David Hasselhoff, of Knight Rider fame, as Mitch Buchannon, who was the only mainstay on the show, besides Michael Newman, for 10 of the 11 seasons. Baywatch was centered around the work of a team of lifeguards and their interpersonal relationships, with plots usually centering on dangers related to beach and other activities pertinent to the California (later Hawaii) beach lifestyle. Everything from earthquakes and shark attacks to serial killers, and even nuclear bombs, served as plot conflicts on the show. Saving people from drowning tended to be one of the most typical situations used in the shows. Thus a trademark of the show was slow motion shots of the lifeguards running, most notably done by Erika Eleniak, Pamela Anderson, Yasmine Bleeth, Alexandra Paul, and David Charvet along with Hasselhoff during the height of the show.

Theme songs

The initial theme was written by Bedrich Smetana. The song is called "Die Moldau" and is still famous all over the world.
The original NBC theme was "Save Me," performed by Peter Cetera, with Bonnie Raitt on guitar and Richard Sterban, bass singer for The Oak Ridge Boys, as one of the background vocalists.
For the syndicated series, the new theme "I'm Always Here" (performed by Jimi Jamison of Survivor) replaced "Save Me". This song is sometimes mistakenly attributed to the show's star David Hasselhoff.
When the NBC episodes started to air five times a week with all the other syndicated episodes, the opening theme was changed to a shorter version of "I'm Always Here," with some images of the original NBC opening retained.
Daivd Hasselhoff sang "Current of Love" as the ending theme of seasons 2-4. Together with Laura Branigan he sang "I Believe" as the ending theme of season 5. An instrumental version of the song appears in the episode "Battles" of the UK television programme Spaced. The Swedish electronic musical group Sunblock remixed the song and released it as a single. A Soundalike version was used in an episode of Hey Arnold over the end credits.
On the DVD edition of the first season, the original main title theme is replaced by the song "Strong Enough," performed by Evan Olson (from his album Audio).
The spin-off series, Baywatch Nights theme song was performed by saxophonist Alfonzo Blackwell. "The Nights Will Never Be The Same" (Baywatch Nights Theme) was also featured on his 1996 sophomore CD release. Alfonzo Blackwell was featured with David Hasselhoff each week at the ending credits of the TV series.
