Yeah, that's right! Hadiqa Kiyani has decided to try her hands on Tinsel Town and is, in fact, stepping down at Lollywood, set to make her depute with Shoaib Mansoor's Bol. Ah! Singer Hadiqa Kyani has finally succumbed to the temptation of acting in not just a film but a Lollywood one for that matter. She isn’t acting in the film per se but is making a cameo appearance.Who else could’ve persuaded her to grace the silver screen in Pakistan but the one and only Shoaib Mansoor! If gossip weavers are to be believed, Hadiqa will be featuring in SM’s forthcoming film, Bol,

 

singing her heart out at a concert. Technically it may not count as acting, but the pop star would be seen in the film nonetheless.The venture, as it is said, is past it's preproduction stage and would soon go to the editing table. With Atif Aslam, Iman Ali and Umaima Abbasi already in the cast, Hadiqa’s presence in the film makes the prospects that much more interesting. Welcome Hadiqa! Stars like her stepping down to Lollywood, would definitely lift it's morale and standard, bracing it for the competition with the other industries, internationlly!Meanwhile,Hadiqa Kiani has just recorded the title track for the film.This is the second song that she has recorded for the Atif Aslam starer ‘Bol’, first one being ‘Kaho’, an upbeat and high energy rock song with Atif Aslam. There are also some rumors that Shabnam Majeed and Faiza Mujahid (who sang two songs for Shoman’s previous project) have also given songs for the original soundtrack of the film. So, if the rumors are to be considered true then the original soundtrack features Atif Aslam, Hadiqa Kiani, Omer Nadeem, Shabnam Majeed & Faiza Mujahid. Now, this looks one exciting music album for all the Pakistani Pop music lovers out there. The film is expected to release in the second half of 2010 or early 2011 which means that the soundtrack will be out in a few months. Stay tuned for more updates related to the film.
