Justin Bieber and his maybe-possibly gal pal Jasmine Villegas were spotted in Hawaii over the weekend as the teen sensation took to the tropical islands as part of his My World tour.
Bieber and Villegas (perhaps better known as Jasmine V) will surely keep the rumor mill alive thanks to their Hawaiian boat ride together. Bieber is seen in a white shirt and Situation-esque shades, while Jasmine sits right in front of him, eventually ditching her black tank-top for a red bikini.
