Kim Kardashian better set her QuickTrim diet aside, at least for one night. Apparently, a jeweler has teamed up with a restaurateur to bake a diamond encrusted birthday cake that will be presented to Kim tonight, Oct. 21, her 30th birthday.  The cake will be covered in $1 million worth of loose diamonds according to the nightclub sponsoring the bash.
