Miniskirt ban: Will it decrease public rowdiness?

An Italian seaside town is cracking down on what it calls "anti-social" behaviour by trying to enforce a number of bans, including one on miniskirts.
Mayor Luigi Bobbio wants to improve standards of public decency by releasing a strict new dress code for people walking around Castellammare di Stabia. He also believes banning sunbathing, playing football in public places, and blasphemy will help curb what he calls rowdy and unruly behaviour.
