Secretary Clinton: Good evening. This is such a great treat, personally, to be back in San Francisco. And it's somewhat disconcerting, because this is only the third place in the
United States that I have spoken, since I became Secretary of State and - (laughter) - (applause) - the first place, which some may question whether it still is in the United States is, of course, Washington - (laughter) - where I have spoken several times and in Hawaii on my way to Asia. I have been invited to come to the Commonwealth Club many times over the years and was unable to accept that kind invitation, but I thought it would be an appropriate time for me to have this.......
