Hardline Hurriyat Conference, led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani, today said US President Barack Obama's visit to India provided it an opportunity to highlight the Kashmir issue.
The entire world attention would be focused on the visit and this would give the amalgam an opportunity to highlight the Kashmir issue, Geelani said in a statement here.
The Hurriyat hawk had given a call for a three-day shutdown in Kashmir Valley beginning November 6, coinciding with Obama's visit.
